A four-year-old French bulldog called Otis has suffered an accident while being chased by another dog in the park. Professor Noel Fitzpatrick diagnoses a spinal problem high up in Otis's neck that requires surgery. Bailey, a 10-year-old cocker spaniel, has quite a lot of pain in one of his hind limbs, but his owner wants to avoid surgery. Noel needs to perform specialist imaging before he can offer any solutions - and what they discover comes as a shock. And rescue Labrador Tom needs work with a serious wound on one of his front paws.
