Meat Men: Chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torissi want a classic Italian Sausage for their new restaurant Parm. Pat Jr. is thrilled for the chance to re-create his grandfather’s sausage recipe, which they haven’t made in years. The only problem? There’s no written recipe!
