Rockman EXE : Netto visits Brand City as the next stop on his world tour. At a nearby shop Rockman notices a purse that Netto's mom wants, and Netto wants to buy it, but it costs way to much. The shop owner then tells him about a secret underground contest where if you win you get whatever prize you want.
