Traumatized by the deaths of his wife and child, J.T. (Gary Daniels) left the police force to become a bounty hunter. Two years have passed, and J.T. is asked to track down a bizarre serial killer who murders with his bare hands. J.T. throws himself into the case, but it doesn't take long for the killer to realize he's being pursued.
